Normally, our customers
seek very special pieces, often unique ones. Clearly, it is no question here
to have a "shopping cart" to click
and go. For this reason, so far we haven't considered a high priority to set
up facilities for on-line electronic payment. We gladly accept checks and money orders.
We ships statues
all over the world, normally by surface but in some cases air may be more convenient
for the customer. We'll let you know about the options. You may find the cost
of shipping somewhat high, but please understand that we aren't making any money
on it. These objects are fragile, and they need care and expertise to be packed
the right way in a wooden crate expressly made for each piece. We know how to
do that. In any case, we strongly recommend that the pieces travel insured. Most of these pieces
we sell are unique and
cannot be replaced.
We practice full
customer satisfaction. If for any reason you don't like the piece you received,
ship it back to us (insured and in the same crate it arrived in, please!) for a full refund.
